This unit consists of a drier, a singeing oven, an abrasive finishing machine and a conveyor. The drier removes moisture and fluff to reduce fuel gas consumption. The singeing oven burns off fluff on the carcass and sterilizes pig skin. The abrasive finishing machine is used to clean the carcass. All of these reduce manual workload and improve productivity.
